Here's how the system works: We send out a price list by email every Sunday to the group, which they must send back to me with their order by Monday night. The orders are ready for pick-up on Thursdays 3:30 - 4:30 p.m; deliveries would be between 4:30PM & 6:00PM. So add your name to the list and then start watching for the weekly email. Riba Smith - Panama City Riba Smith, the high end supermarkets in Panama City, are very interested in providing name brand products that ExPats are unable to find in David or Boquete. They have a Purchasing Manager specifically dedicated to this, and this person speaks English as does his Import and Traffic Manager. If you want to order items from Riba Smith, please check the attached list to familiarize yourself with the products on it and whether it is usually in stock or whether they have already ordered and are waiting to receive, it. You can contact this Purchasing Manager with your order by either email or fax (see info below). They will need your credit card number to process the order. When your order is complete they will ship it to Boquete on Fletes Chavale, with freight charges COD. Give them your home phone if you have one....Fletes will not call a cell phone to notify you the order has arrived.
